How to be a sound banker?

The following passage was collected from the editorial "WHY AGREEING A NEW BRETTON WOODS IS VITAL AND SO HARD" from FT.com by Martin Wolf. It was quite interesting that the unique definition for a sound banker.
 
Keynes would be horrified that the world has let the genie of free capital flows out of the bottle. He would add that “a sound banker, alas, is not one who foresees danger and avoids it, but one who, when he’s ruined, is ruined in a conventional and orthodox way along with his fellows, so that no one can really blame him”.
